Saroon Da Saag is a popular vegetarian dish from the Punjab and Rajasthan regions of the Indian subcontinent. It is made from fresh mustard greens from our garden in Enschede and spices such as garam masala, ginger and garlic and served with basmati rice, 2 pieces of Indian bread (Naan)
